William "Dub" Harris
Project Manager

Dub has been with Wright Builders since 1998. For the past 12 years he has served as Project Manager on a variety of projects including custom residential, commercial and industrial.
Dub provides day-to-day decision making for his projects and works closely with the client and the contractor, coordinating among the team and project designer. He oversees all phases of the project efforts to ensure that the client’s specific needs are incorporated into the program, design and production of the project.
As a talented project leader, Dub is dedicated to producing projects that are held to the highest standard in design, cost efficiency and durability.
Patrick Johnson
Superintendent

Patrick Johnson received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and has been with Wright Builders since 2006.
Patrick has years of hands-on experience as a superintendent in the construction administration phase, overseeing new residential custom homes, residential remodels as well as new commercial construction and renovation.
He serves as technical support and is also responsible for the production of construction documents from project beginning to end.
Joe Laird
Estimator

Joe Laird joined the Wright Builders team in 2008. He brings 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Previously a construction superintendent with 10 years of experience in the field, he puts this knowledge to work as our estimator.
Joe is responsible for estimating all new construction and remodeling projects for Wright Builders. This process entails meeting with subcontractors, architects, engineers, city officials and customers in order to accurately project the total cost for each project. He is meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring each project meets owners’ expectations and remains within budget.
Lana Jordan
Office Manager

Lana Jordan is the friendly voice you hear most often when calling Wright Builders. She also greets clients and sub-contractors in the office. Lana has been employed with Wright Builders since 2007. Lana has 27 years of experience in accounting. She is responsible for creating and maintaining up to date job files, processing invoices for payment, managing all sub-contractor insurance documentation, job costing, preparing monthly draw statements.
Donna Wright
Accounting Manager

Donna Wright is married to Steve Wright. She came to work with Wright Builders in 2008 after 27 years in the Credit Union Industry. She is responsible for all comptroller and accounting functions including payroll and tax reporting, employee benefits administration, accounts receivable/payable, and preparation of financial statements.
